WelcomHotel Bhubaneswar exceeded expectations during my recent stay. The culinary experience, courtesy of Chef Arvind and Chef Ameesha, was nothing short of delightful. Their attention to detail and culinary expertise added a flavorful touch to the entire stay. I must also express my gratitude to Mr. Manas and Mr. Niaj for their outstanding service. Their professionalism and commitment to ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience truly stood out. From prompt room service to helpful insights about the local area, their contributions enhanced the overall stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at WelcomHotel Bhubaneswar. The collective effort of the team played a pivotal role in making my stay memorable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly shines, creating an atmosphere that makes guests feel not just welcomed, but truly valued. I look forward to returning to this exceptional establishment in the future.

Ever assisting & helping Staff, Cleanliness, Spacious and Location. Even the breakfast was very nice. We were a family of 4 booked into adjacent two rooms staying two nights. We enjoyed the stay, used the Gym and the Pool both the days and enjoyed the quiet and lovely property. Mr. Sanjay, right at the entrance, was charming in receiving us every time we stepped into the property and made us feel welcome. Mr. Subhajith & Mr. Abhijith were very good at taking care of my family during the breakfast sessions. Kudos to the reception staff member, Mr. Supriti, who constantly checked if we were comfortable and offered to support any requests we had or the guidance we needed inside and outside the property. For a 1st timer and the property and at Bhubhaneshwar, we were well taken care of by the staff and the property. We would certainly return here and look for options to stay at other ITC properties in our forthcoming trips.

One of the most helpful staff I have come across in a long time and I mean across all departments be it the reception, the front gateman,the housekeeping or the staff serving you in the restaurant for your meals. It just goes to show that the senior management has got the staff truly motivated. The property also is on a large plot and it has a circular road inside the property that is great for a walk in the evening. The FB is really good as we were there for 5 days and we had our meals in the hotel and I must say that they didn't repeat the items on the buffet be it breakfast/lunch or dinner. That speaks volume as one is not tired of the same fare on offer. a big thumbs up.

The hotel is on highway, bit outside the city. However because of this it is in congestion free area. Very well maintained facility. Breakfast and dinner buffet was tasty and had a good spread. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also upgraded our room on their own, that was a nice gesture. If you are staying here as a traveller, you can go for the dinner included package, as there are no good places nearby and also you would be tired to go out for dinner after roaming the whole day. We also booked taxi for local travel thr hotel's desk. The taxi service person was trustworthy and really value for money.

Great location and great hospitality.. Right from steping out of ur car to final good bye,they take care of everything.. Food is delicious but bit pricey,that is understandable as it is a high class hotel .. Staff is very generous to help us after checkout and provided us a room to get ready before catching flight ..we asked them to give us extra pickle to carry at home as it was super yummy👍🏻overall stay was very good and I would like to visit other ITC hotels in different cities if india during my next visit 😃
